New Patients

We welcome new patients to Church Street Dental Care. If you would like to join our practice please call 01706 379672 to arrange a consultation appointment.

We charge £65.00 for a new patient consultation which includes a comprehensive examination and 2 small x-rays. Additional x-rays may be required at an additional charge. A treatment plan and a written estimate of costs will then be provided.

Prior to your visit we will send a welcome pack which includes a medical history questionnaire to bring with you on the day.
